Wellness & Preventative Care
Chiropractic care isn’t just for when something hurts. It can also be a powerful part of staying healthy and active, no matter your age or lifestyle. At Palatine Family Chiropractic, we help patients take a proactive approach to their health through regular chiropractic care that supports the spine, nervous system, and overall wellbeing.
Stay Well, Move Freely, and Prevent Future Pain
This approach to chiropractic focuses on maintaining good spinal alignment, mobility, and nervous system function — not just treating symptoms after they show up. By keeping the body in balance, regular care helps prevent injuries, reduce stress, and support long-term health.
Wellness care is especially helpful for people who live active, busy, or physically demanding lives and want to keep their bodies functioning at their best.

How It Works
We develop an ongoing care plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and current health. This may include periodic chiropractic adjustments, mobility work, posture education, and other supportive therapies designed to keep your body strong and adaptable.
Rather than reacting to pain, we help you stay ahead of it.
Why It’s Effective
When your spine and nervous system are in proper alignment, your body functions better. Regular chiropractic care supports immune health, reduces tension, improves movement, and promotes better sleep and energy. It’s a natural way to stay well — not just get well.
Dr. Hutton personally values this approach in his own life. As a dedicated athlete, amateur bodybuilder, and advocate for a balanced life of faith, family, and wellness, he knows firsthand how powerful regular care can be. His goal is to help you stay strong, active, and resilient for the long term.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be in pain to benefit from chiropractic care?
Not at all. Many of our patients come in regularly even when they feel fine — to stay aligned, mobile, and ahead of future issues.
How often should I come in for wellness care?
It depends on your body, lifestyle, and goals. Some people come once a month, others every few weeks. We’ll help you find the rhythm that works best for you.
Is wellness care different from treatment for injuries?
The techniques may be similar, but the goal is different. Wellness care focuses on maintaining alignment and preventing dysfunction, not just correcting it after the fact.
Can this help with things like sleep or stress?
Yes. Regular chiropractic care can help calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and support better rest and recovery.
